ANNOUNCEMENT  2015-10-08 18:07

The Compulsory Enforcement Service informs that Citizens Prompt Service Offices operate in the entire territory of the Republic of Armenia. The Offices are called for providing citizens with prompt and centralised services, reducing a citizen’s contact with a compulsory enforcement officer to a minimum. At the Citizens Prompt Service Offices, citizens may approach and also receive relevant consultation from “one-stop shop” without waiting in line.
Citizens can make payments through all payment and settlement systems and payment terminals operating in the Republic (except for Telcell). As a result, all attachments imposed under the proceedings are automatically removed and terminated. Information regarding termination of enforcement proceedings can be seen on the receipt provided by the terminal.
The Compulsory Enforcement Service will soon finish introducing new instruments that are aimed at raising the quality of service for citizens and eliminating the potential shortcomings.
