Mihran Poghosyan meets with the Chairman of High Court Enforcement Officers Association of England  2016-03-09 13:44

   Today, on 9 March, Mihran Poghosyan met with Chairman of High Court Enforcement Officers Association of England Michael Jackson in Birmingham. During the meeting, legal acts regulating the activities of partner services of the two countries were presented, and opportunities for deepening and enhancing co-operation between the partner services were discussed. During the meeting, an agreement was reached on organising bilateral working visits of the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia and the Chairman of the High Court of England for the purpose of examining in detail the systems for ensuring guarantees of debtor’s rights and for introducing information technologies in the two countries.
Let us remind that from 9 to 10 March, at the invitation of the Chairman of the High Court Enforcement Officers Association of England, the delegation headed by Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia, Major-General of Justice Mihran Poghosyan is on a working visit to England.
