Regarding the case of "Bjni Mineral Water Factory" CJSC  2009-10-21 03:07

On 20 October 2010, the representatives of “Bjni Mineral Water Factory” CJSC visited Kotayk regional division of JACES of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia and received all materials of the 07-807/08 enforcement proceedings relating to the company.

The representatives of the company were handed the copies of around 3000 pages of proceedings compiled in seven volumes.

We would like to mention that JACES has constantly replied to written letters of the representatives of “Bjni” company requesting provision of materials concerning the case, by stating in writing that the Service is ready to provide all materials at any time.  These replies are also incorporated in the materials of the case. The claims of the representatives of the company stating that the Service refuses to provide the relevant materials to them are viewed by JACES as a futile attempt to politicise the case.
