Students of the 4th grade of the Faculty of Law of Yerevan State University were hosted in the Compulsory Enforcement Service on 9 April of the current year. The open lecture – discussion was held by the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia, Major-General of Justice Armen Harutyunyan.
During the meeting-discussion Armen Harutyunyan presented the students the main functions of the Compulsory Enforcement Service, the role and importance of profession of compulsory enforcement officer in legal system, referred to specialties of enforcement proceedings as well as presented the experience of the Service in international arena. Later he answered to questions of the students.
After the meeting the students visited several departments of the Service, got acquainted with their work and asked questions interesting to them. Particularly they made a visit to Legal Department, Department of Auction Organizing and Property Realization, as well as Ajapnyak-Davitashen Department of Yerevan city. Visited also the quick service office of citizens.
In the framework of their visit the students also saw the Museum of the Service and got acquainted with its 20-year history from the day of its establishment.
