The delegation of the Compulsory Enforcement Service in Artsakh participated in festive event dedicated to the Day of Enforcement Officer of Artsakh  2018-09-10 14:04

    The delegation of the Compulsory Enforcement Service headed by the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia, Colonel of Justice Hakob Hakobyan is on a 2-day working visit in Artsakh. The delegation is participating in the festive event dedicated to the 19th anniversary of establishment of the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service of Artsakh and the Day of Enforcement Officer of Artsakh, that is celebrated today, on September 10.
 
The visit of the Compulsory Enforcement Service to Artsakh aims at creating necessary prerequisites for continuous cooperation between the two partner structures and to outline further ways of collaboration.
  
The festive event of the Day of Enforcement Officer of Artsakh was preceded by the meeting of the State Minister of Artsakh Republic Grigory Martirosyan and the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia Hakob Hakobyan.
  
In the framework of the working visit the meeting of the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia with the Minister of Justice of Artsakh Ararat Danielyan also took place.
 
The willingness of the similar structures of two states with the view of expanding the volumes of cooperation will be fixed by the official signing ceremony of a joint document, which is planned to take place on September 11 in Stepanakert.
  
In the morning the private talk of Hakob Hakobyan, Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of Armenia, and Sergey Mamunts, Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of Artshakh, took place, in the framework of which the parties have discussed legislative, law enforcement and other issues related to the further development of the two structures.
  
During the event dedicated to the 19th anniversary of establishment of the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service of Artsakh and the Day of Enforcement Officer of Artsakh, the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of Armenia also made a speech. In his congratulatory speech he, particularly, mentioned: “As the head of the Compulsory Enforcement Service of Armenia, today I, on behalf of the Service, once again confirm our willingness to further deepen the works done and to expand the format and scope of cooperation. The unity and strength of Armenia and Artsakh today, more than ever, should be emphasized in the context of today's challenges, without leaving out any area. This is also the highlighted policy of the new government of the Republic of Armenia. According to the activity of the new government, we should also do everything possible to improve the state system, to provide maximum transparent and effective public services to citizens. I am confident that our further large-scale cooperation will foster the continuous improvement of professional skills and abilities of Artsakh enforcement officers, as well as importing new effective mechanisms in the context of exchange of mutual experience”.
