On the occasion of the 27th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Armenia, today, on September 20, a festive ceremony of awarding took place in the Compulsory Enforcement Service.
The Chief Compulsory Officer of the Republic of Armenia, Colonel of Justice Hakob Hakobyan congratulated the employees of the Service on forthcoming holiday, wishing them peace, harmony and new achievements. In his congratulatory speech he, particularly, stressed: “This day is a big holiday for all Armenians, as we ourselves have shaped our long-term dream of having free and independent state. We are happy to live in an independent country, and that our generations are educated, brought up and raised with the spirit of independence. The independence itself is not given from above just for no reason, it is a huge responsibility, as in today's challenges and global development, it is imperative to keep national identity, to be loyal to national traditions and to the spirit of the Armenian people, walking also in line with time”.
By the orders of the Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia, 45 employees of the Service were awarded for proper performance of their duties and responsibilities.
By the order of Hakon Hakobyan, with the medal “For impeccable service" were awarded: Eduard Hovhannisyan, Head of IT Investment and System Automation Department, Colonel of Justice; Sevak Simonyan, Head of Gegharkunik Marz Department, Lieutenant Colonel of Justice; and Gevorg Khachatryan, Chief Enforcement Officer of Ararat Marz Department, Major of Justice.
