Large amounts levied in execution  2008-09-11 01:33

The Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service continues performing the functions vested in it by law without separating enforcement proceedings as to their amounts or participants involved.

Upon the claim of the State Property Management Department adjunct to the Government of the Republic of Armenia, 85 million 486 thousand Armenian drams were levied in execution from "Multi Rest House" LLC on the basis of the court judgement.  The amount was transferred to the State Budget.

During the months from July to August of this year, the process of executions levied from "Water and Wastewater" CJSC was intensified.   In general, 169 proceedings were instigated in the Service with a claim of 113 million Armenian drams, and 148 of the proceedings concerned the salary debts owned to employees.  In the result of taken measures, 15 million Armenian drams were levied in execution from "Water and Wastewater" CJSC, which was aimed at repayment of debts.  The process of compulsory enforcement continues.

Upon the judgements of Shengavit court of general jurisdiction, 30 million Armenian drams were to be levied in execution from "Nairit" CJSC in favour of employees of the company. During the months from July to August, 10 million Armenian drams were levied in execution from the company and directed at the repayment of salary debts owed to 42 employees.  The process of compulsory enforcement continues.

Davitashen division of the JACES levied 9 million 623 thousand Armenian drams from "Garni Ler" Research and Production Association" OJSC.  The amount was directed to the repayment of salary debts owed to 65 employees.  

The Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia reiterates that in case of failure to voluntarily comply with the judicial acts, the Service will carry out - consistently and with all the strictness of law - the powers vested in it.
