Acting Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia Davit Beginyan on a working visit to Moscow At the invitation of Director of the Federal Bailiffs Service of the Russian Federation, Chief Bailiff of the Russian Federation Dmitry Aristov, Acting Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia, Colonel of Justice Davit Beginyan is on a three-day working visit to Moscow where he is participating in the 10th anniversary international scientific-practical conference devoted to the main issues in the field of compulsory enforcement.
The conference, which is being held under the title "Compulsory Enforcement: Current State and Vectors of Development", serves as a broad platform for presenting the achievements made and the prospects for development in the area of improvement of compulsory enforcement systems in different countries, identifying the problems, discussing key issues of mutual interest and organising working meetings, as well as shaping the agenda for joint actions.

The participants of the international scientific-practical conference are delegations from more than 50 countries, including the International Union of Judicial Officers, France, Germany, Finland, Estonia, Belarus, Belgium, Israel, Iran, Serbia, Thailand, Moldova, the Netherlands, Africa, the Americas, etc.
Within the scope of the working visit, Acting Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Republic of Armenia Davit Beginyan had a private meeting with Director of the Federal Bailiffs Service of the Russian Federation, Chief Bailiff of the Russian Federation Dmitry Aristov.
The interlocutors attached importance to the need for intensification of the co-operation between the Services of the two countries and, in this context, discussed the provisions of the memorandum of co-operation to be signed between the Federal Bailiffs Service of the Russian Federation and the Compulsory Enforcement Service of the Republic of Armenia. An agreement was reached to sign the memorandum during the plenary session of the International Union of Judicial Officers to be held in November of this year.
The parties also discussed other issues of mutual interest.
